Itinerary
Day 1: 18th March (Thursday) - São Paulo/Santiago
Presentation at São Paulo International Airport (Terminal 3) for meeting with the accompanying guide and boarding procedures. Departure of the flight to Santiago.
Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for accommodation and the rest of the day free.
Day 2: 19th March (Friday) - Santiago (Panoramic city tour + Maipo vineyards)
After breakfast, departure to explore the main contrasts of Santiago, a city that combines history, culture, green areas, and modern neighborhoods at the foot of the Andes Mountains. During the tour, we will pass by important points of the Chilean capital, such as Avenida Libertador Bernardo O’Higgins, La Moneda Palace, Plaza de Armas, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Central Post Office, and the historical region of the city. We will also visit Cerro Santa Lucía, Forest Park, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the charming neighborhoods of Lastarria and Bellavista, known for their cultural atmosphere, cafés, restaurants, and urban life.
Next, we will take a cable car up to Santiago Metropolitan Park, one of the largest urban green areas in Chile, where we will have a beautiful panoramic view of the city. At the top, we will visit the Virgen de la Inmaculada Concepción, one of the traditional symbols of the capital. The tour continues through the neighborhoods of Providencia, Las Condes, and Vitacura, modern and elegant regions of Santiago.
Then, we will head to the Maipo Valley, one of the most traditional wine regions in Chile, recognized for its Mediterranean climate and the production of high-quality wines. We will visit Santa Rita Winery, one of the most important in the country, where we will experience the Classic Experience, exploring its vineyards, historical cellars, and part of the wine production process.
During the visit, we will pass by the traditional Cellar 1 and the famous Cellar of the 120 Patriots, considered a National Monument. The experience includes
wine tasting of Reserva, as well as time to visit the Andean Museum and the souvenir shop. At the end, return to the hotel.
Day 3: 20th March (Saturday) - Santiago/Puerto Montt/Puerto Varas (flights)
After breakfast, check-out and departure from the hotel to the airport for boarding procedures on the flight to Puerto Montt (approximately 1h45 flight). Upon arrival, transfer to Puerto Varas for accommodation at the hotel.
The rest of the day is free.
Day 4: 21st March (Sunday) - Puerto Varas (Osorno Volcano, Llanquihue Lake, and Petrohué Falls)
After breakfast, departure to explore Llanquihue and Frutillar, two charming towns in the Lake Region, marked by the influence of German colonization and beautiful landscapes along the shores of Lake Llanquihue.
In Llanquihue, a town linked to the old Colonists' Route and known for its gastronomic tradition, we will visit the Monument to the German Colonists.
Next, we will proceed to Frutillar, one of the most enchanting towns in southern Chile, with its German-style houses, flower gardens, and tranquil atmosphere. By the lake, we can enjoy the view of the elegant Teatro del Lago, an important cultural center in the region and home to the traditional Frutillar Musical Weeks.
Afterward, we will follow the shore of Lake Llanquihue towards the imposing Osorno Volcano, one of the main postcards of southern Chile.
The ascent to the Ski and Mountain Center, located at approximately 1,240 meters above sea level, reveals spectacular views of the Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes, the lake, forests, and the Andean-Patagonian landscape.
At the top of the volcano, there will be time for contemplation, photographs, and a break at the station's café, surrounded by a setting of great natural beauty.
At the end of the experience, return to the hotel.
Day 5: 22nd March (Monday) - Puerto Varas (Todos los Santos Lake and Frutillar)
Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park, Todos los Santos Lake, and Peulla.
After breakfast, departure towards Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park, the oldest in Chile and one of the most beautiful natural areas in the Lake Region. We will take a light walk along trails surrounded by evergreen forest to the Petrohué region, where we will board a catamaran for a navigation on the beautiful Todos los Santos Lake, also known as Emerald Lake, due to the intense color of its waters.
During the navigation, lasting approximately 1h45, it will be possible to contemplate impressive landscapes, with views of the Osorno, Puntiagudo, and Tronador volcanoes, framed by mountains, forests, and crystal-clear waters. We will arrive at the small and charming Villa Peulla, an ecological village situated in the Andes Mountains. There will be free time to enjoy the scenery, rest, or engage in optional activities such as hiking, horseback riding, or canopy, depending on local availability.
At the end of the experience, return to the hotel.
Day 6: 23rd March (Tuesday) - Puerto Varas/Punta Arenas/Puerto Natales
Morning free. At the previously informed time, check-out and departure for the airport. Boarding procedures for the flight to Punta Arenas.
Upon arrival, transfer to Puerto Natales. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 7: 24th March (Wednesday) - Puerto Natales
Breakfast at the hotel. Day dedicated to exploring Puerto Natales, a charming town in the Province of Última Esperanza and one of the main gateways to Chilean Patagonia.
During the tour, we will visit the main square, surrounded by traditional buildings such as the Town Hall, the old local government building, and the Parish Church. We will continue along the Costanera, from where beautiful views of the Última Esperanza Sound can be seen, with the Andes Mountains in the background and, on clear days, the silhouette of the Balmaceda Glacier in the distance. We will also pass by the viewpoint on Avenida Santiago Bueras, the traditional fishermen's pier, and the Pueblito Artesanal, a space that values the work of local artisans and the cultural identity of the region.
A light and pleasant experience to feel the welcoming atmosphere of Puerto Natales and begin to connect with the unique beauty of the Southern Patagonia.
Day 8: 25th March (Thursday) - Puerto Natales (Balmacedo and Serrano Glaciers)
Day dedicated to one of the most remarkable experiences in Chilean Patagonia: navigation through the fjords towards the Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers, in Bernardo O’Higgins National Park.
After breakfast, transfer to the pier at Puerto Bories, where we will begin the navigation through the Señoret Canal. During the journey, we will appreciate landscapes of great beauty, with mountains, waterfalls, regional birds, and views of the imposing Monte Balmaceda.
On the route, we will pass by the historic Puerto Bories, an old industrial center of Southern Patagonia, now transformed into a charming hotel-museum.
We will continue to Puerto Toro, where we will disembark for a guided walk along trails through native forest to the Témpanos Lagoon, from where the impressive Serrano Glacier can be seen.
Back on the boat, we will continue the navigation to contemplate the Balmaceda Glacier, amidst a setting of ice, water, and mountains. The experience concludes with a traditional Patagonian lunch, including lamb prepared in the local style.
At the end of this day of grand landscapes and intense contact with nature, return to the hotel and the rest of the day free.
Day 9: 26th March (Friday) - Puerto Natales (Panoramic Torres del Paine)
Early departure, after breakfast, towards the impressive Torres del Paine National Park, one of the most emblematic natural settings in Chilean Patagonia.
On the way, we will stop at the Cueva del Milodón, an important archaeological site where remains of this prehistoric mammal that inhabited the region were found.
We will continue our journey to Laguna Amarga, one of the main entrances to the park and a point from where, on clear days, it is possible to admire the silhouette of the famous Torres del Paine. Along the way, we will make stops at strategic viewpoints to contemplate the Cuernos del Paine, rock formations marked by the contrast of light and dark tones, in addition to the landscapes of lakes, mountains, and Patagonian fields.
We will also visit the Salto Grande, a beautiful waterfall formed by the turquoise waters of the Paine River, amidst a setting of great natural force.
The experience continues to the Grey Lake sector, where a light walk will take us through forested areas and open landscapes to the stony beach, from where we can see floating ice blocks and, in the background, the grandeur of the Grey Glacier and the Paine Grande massif.
A day of grand landscapes, unforgettable viewpoints, and intense contact with the wild nature of Patagonia. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon.
Day 10: 27th March (Saturday) - Puerto Natales (Grey Lake and Glacial Experience)
After breakfast, departure towards Torres del Paine National Park, entering through the Serrano Entrance, to the Grey Lake sector, one of the most impressive landscapes in Chilean Patagonia.
In this setting of great natural beauty, we will board the Grey III catamaran for a navigation of approximately 3 hours on the lake, among mountains, native vegetation, and floating ice blocks that break off from the glacier.
During the journey, the landscape reveals different shades of blue and surprising shapes of icebergs, creating a unique visual experience. The highlight of the trip will be the approach to the imposing front of the Grey Glacier, one of the great icons of Torres del Paine National Park.
Aboard, there will also be the opportunity to toast the experience with a drink made with ancient ice, amidst one of the most remarkable settings of the trip.
At the end of the navigation, we will take a brief walk near the pier, enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings. Then,
return to the hotel.
Day 11: 28th March (Sunday) - Puerto Natales/Punta Arenas
Morning free. Check-out from the hotel at 11 am and departure to Punta Arenas (approximately 3h).
Upon arrival, accommodation at the hotel and the rest of the day free.
Day 12: 29th March (Monday) - Punta Arenas/Santiago
Morning free. Transfer to the airport for boarding procedures on the flight to Santiago.
Day 13: 30th March (Tuesday) - Santiago/São Paulo
Departure of the flight to São Paulo.
Expected arrival in the early morning.

The CONTRACTING PARTY agrees that he/she must comply with all the timetables previously informed by the reservations department, taking responsibility for any delays and their consequences.
The CONTRACTING PARTY must present themselves for boarding carrying their personal documents original and with photo , and identify themselves to the VIVÊNCIAS OPERADORA DE TURISMO representative who will be present at the time.
The Tour Operator will grant a 15-minute grace period after the confirmed boarding time (Road Packages), if the passenger does not show up for boarding within this stipulated period, it will be considered a No Show.
In the case of boarding for air packages, the PASSENGER is aware and agrees that they must arrive at the airport mentioned on their ticket 3 hours in advance for domestic journeys and 4 hours in advance for international flights.

The CONTRACTING PARTY must present themselves for boarding with their personal documents original and with photo , and identify themselves to the VIVÊNCIAS OPERADORA DE TURISMO representative who will be present at the time. Pay attention to the expiry date of your documents, as the following will not be accepted expired documents. In the case of ID cards, for international trips and sea cruises (MERCOSUR), documents with an issue date older than 10 years will not be accepted.
For domestic journeys using air and/or road transport, it is necessary to present an original identification document in good condition. (Any of the following: Identity Card; National Passport; National Driver's Licence (model with photograph); Professional Cards issued by National Councils (models with photograph); Work Permit). If the passenger does not have these documents, or if they are illegible and/or illegible, they will be denied boarding.
For international journeys, the passenger must carry a passport with an expiry date of less than 6 months from the date of return.
The CONTRACTING PARTY must present the Operator with the visas required for each country, with an expiry date of less than 6 months from the date of return from the trip.
The Operator is not responsible for issuing visas, as the issuing of this document is at the discretion of each country's authorities.
Embarkation of Minors: In order to embark on national trips with minors under the age of 16 (Law No. 13.812/2019), they must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent or guardian, or a sibling or uncle over the age of 18, always providing documentary proof of the degree of kinship (via the minor's Original Birth Certificate or Authenticated Copy). If you are accompanied by an adult without the degree of kinship described above, you will need written authorisation, notarised, from the parent or guardian. However, if you are unaccompanied, you will need judicial authorisation from the Child and Youth Court, all in accordance with articles 83 to 85 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - Law no. 8,069/90. Passengers can obtain more information on the necessary documentation from the Federal Police (www.dpf.gov.br).
Accommodation for minors: For accommodation for children (12 years old or under) or adolescents (18 years old or under), they must be accompanied by the person mentioned in the paragraph above, unless they have been expressly AUTHORISED to stay by their parents or guardian, in writing and with a notarised signature, all in accordance with article 82 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - Law no. 8.069/90.
