Itinerary
Day 1: February 18 (Thursday) - São Paulo/Toronto (Connection)
Presentation at São Paulo International Airport (Terminal 3) for meeting with the accompanying guide and boarding procedures. Departure of the flight to Toronto.
Day 2: February 19 (Friday) - Toronto/Vancouver
Arrival of the flight in Toronto. Immigration procedures and boarding for the flight to Vancouver.
Upon arrival, reception at the airport by our guide and local team.
Transfer to the hotel and the rest of the day free.
Dinner (included).
Day 3: February 20 (Saturday) - Vancouver
Departure after breakfast to explore the city. Panoramic city tour visiting some of the main tourist attractions of the city (Stanley Park, Canada Place, Gastown, English Bay, and Granville Island). At the end of the tour, return to the hotel and the rest of the day free.

Day 4: February 21 (Sunday) - Vancouver
After breakfast, departure to explore the northern region of Vancouver. A combination of forest, suspension bridge, mountain, and winter landscapes.
At the end of the tour, return to the hotel and the rest of the day free.

Day 5: February 22 (Monday) - Vancouver/Yellowknife (Aurora)
Check-out after breakfast and departure to the airport.
Boarding procedures for the flight to Yellowknife, one of the world's major capitals for aurora borealis viewing.
Upon arrival in the city, we will be welcomed by our local team who will take us to the location for picking up thermal clothing, essential for the cold nights illuminated by the northern lights.
Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 6: February 23 (Tuesday) - Yellowknife (Historical + Aurora)
On this day, we will visit some tourist spots in the city. A short tour conducted in the afternoon.

Day 7: February 24 (Wednesday) - Yellowknife (Dog Sledding + Aurora)
One of the most remarkable experiences of the Canadian winter will be the dog sledding experience, a traditional sled ride pulled by dogs, conducted amidst the snowy landscapes of Yellowknife.
Everyone will have contact with the dogs, learn a bit about this typical practice of the northern regions of Canada, and experience the thrill of gliding through the snow in a silent, white, and enchanting setting.
The activity provides unique moments for photos, contemplation, and contact with nature, without requiring great physical effort. It is an authentic, safe, and very special experience that connects travelers to the spirit of the Canadian Arctic winter.

Day 8: February 25 (Thursday) - Yellowknife (Ice Fishing + Aurora)
An authentic winter experience in northern Canada, ice fishing invites travelers to experience a typical tradition of the Arctic regions, amidst the frozen scenery of Yellowknife.
The activity takes place on frozen lakes in the region, where small holes are prepared in the ice for fishing. The great advantage for the comfort of the group is the structure in a heated cabin, allowing participants to enjoy the experience protected from the intense cold, with the guidance of local guides and a safe environment.
During the tour, you will be able to observe the vast white landscape, learn a bit about local customs, and participate in ice fishing in a light and relaxed manner, without the need for prior experience. It is a calm, curious, and very special experience that combines nature, culture, and the charm of the Canadian winter.

Day 9: February 26 (Friday) - Yellowknife/Vancouver
Check-out and departure to the airport, where we will carry out boarding procedures for the flight to Vancouver.
*These flights usually depart in the early morning or late at night, requiring departure from the hotel in the middle of the night.
Upon arrival in Vancouver, transfer to the hotel for accommodation and rest. Free day.

Day 10: February 27 (Saturday) - Vancouver/Toronto (connection)
Check-out after breakfast and departure to the airport, where we will carry out boarding procedures for the flight to Toronto (connection).
Day 11: February 28 (Sunday) - Toronto/São Paulo
Arrival at São Paulo International Airport.

The CONTRACTING PARTY agrees that he/she must comply with all the timetables previously informed by the reservations department, taking responsibility for any delays and their consequences.
The CONTRACTING PARTY must present themselves for boarding carrying their personal documents original and with photo , and identify themselves to the VIVÊNCIAS OPERADORA DE TURISMO representative who will be present at the time.
The Tour Operator will grant a 15-minute grace period after the confirmed boarding time (Road Packages), and if the passenger fails to board within this stipulated period, they will be considered a No Show.
In the case of boarding for air packages, the PASSENGER is aware and agrees that they must arrive at the airport mentioned on their ticket 3 hours in advance for domestic trips and 4 hours in advance for international flights.

The CONTRACTING PARTY must present themselves for boarding carrying their personal documents original and with photo , and identify themselves to the VIVÊNCIAS OPERADORA DE TURISMO representative who will be present at the time. Pay attention to the expiration date of your documents, as the following will not be accepted expired documents. In the case of ID cards, for international trips and sea cruises (MERCOSUR), documents with an issue date older than 10 years will not be accepted.
For domestic trips using air and/or road transport, an original ID document in good condition must be presented (any of the following): Identity Card; National Passport; National Driver's License (model with photograph); Professional Cards issued by National Councils (models with photograph); Work Permit). If the passenger does not have the aforementioned documentation, or if it is illegible and/or has been erased, they will not be allowed to board.
For international trips, passengers must carry a passport with an expiration date of less than 6 months from the date of return.
The CONTRACTING PARTY must present the Operator with the visas required for each country, with an expiration date of less than 6 months from the return of the trip.
The Operator is not responsible for issuing visas, since the issuing of this document is at the discretion of the authority in each country.
Embarkation of Minors: In order to embark on national trips with minors under the age of 16 (Law No. 13.812/2019), they must be accompanied by a parent or grandparent, or guardian, or a sibling or uncle over the age of 18, always providing documentary proof of the degree of kinship (via the minor's Original Birth Certificate or Authenticated Copy). In the event that you are accompanied by an adult without the degree of kinship described above, you will need written authorization, notarized, from the father, mother or guardian. However, if you are unaccompanied, you will need judicial authorization from the Child and Youth Court, all in accordance with articles 83 to 85 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - Law No. 8,069/90. Passengers can obtain more information on the necessary documentation from the Federal Police (www.dpf.gov.br).
Accommodation for Minors: For accommodation for children (12 years old or younger) or adolescents (18 years old or younger), they must be accompanied by the person mentioned in the paragraph above, unless they have been expressly AUTHORIZED to stay by their parents or guardian, in writing and with a notarized signature, all in accordance with article 82 of the Child and Adolescent Statute - Law No. 8.069/90.
