Itinerary

Day 1: October 2 (Friday) - São Paulo - Caxias do Sul

Departure scheduled for 7:00 PM heading to the city of Caxias do Sul. Overnight travel in a comfortable sleeper bus with onboard service. We will make stops for rest and meals.

Day 2: October 3 (Saturday) - Caxias do Sul

Arrival in Caxias do Sul expected in the early afternoon.
Free time for meals.
Accommodation at Hotel Blue Tree Towers and the rest of the day free.

Day 3: October 4 (Sunday) - Caxias do Sul - Bento Gonçalves - Carlos Barbosa - Caxias do Sul

After breakfast, departure to learn a bit about the history of the first Italian immigrants who arrived in the region. We will visit the Aurora Winery, the largest and most visited in the area. Time for shopping and tasting.
Visit to the Italian Epic Park, which depicts the journey of a couple of immigrants upon arriving in Brazil. Free time for meals.
In the afternoon, a ride on the Wine Train. A restored Maria Fumaça that will travel between the cities of Carlos Barbosa and Bento Gonçalves. A beautiful journey through time, with lots of music, dance, and tasting of juices and sparkling wine.
At the end of the tour, return to the hotel and the rest of the day free.

Day 4: October 5 (Monday) - Caxias do Sul - Nova Petrópolis - Gramado

Check-out after breakfast and departure to Gramado. On the way, we will visit the city of Nova Petrópolis.
We will continue to Gramado to learn a bit about the city.
We will conclude the tour with the traditional Colonial Coffee. There are many delights, served all you can eat (included).
Accommodation at Hotel Laghetto Viale and the rest of the night free.

Day 5: October 6 (Tuesday) - Canela

Departure after breakfast to visit the two main cities in the Serra Gaúcha region: Gramado and Canela.
Visit to the main tourist attractions in the region, accompanied by a local guide and time to enter some attractions (tickets not included). At the end of the tour, return to the hotel. At a previously informed time, departure for the Gaúcha Night, with dinner (included) at the famous barbecue restaurant Garfo e Bombacha.
At the end of dinner, return to the hotel.

Day 6: October 7 (Wednesday) - Gramado - São Paulo

Free morning. Check-out from the hotel at 12 PM and free time for meals. Departure from the hotel and start of the return trip.
Travel will take place overnight, with stops for meals and rest.

Day 7: October 8 (Thursday) - São Paulo

Arrival expected in the early morning in São Paulo.
Disembarkation at the same locations as boarding.

The CONTRACTING PARTY agrees that he/she must comply with all the timetables previously informed by the reservations department, taking responsibility for any delays and their consequences.
The CONTRACTING PARTY must present themselves for boarding carrying their personal documents original and with photo , and identify themselves to the VIVÊNCIAS OPERADORA DE TURISMO representative who will be present at the time.
The Tour Operator will grant a 15-minute grace period after the confirmed boarding time (Road Packages), and if the passenger fails to board within this stipulated period, they will be considered a No Show.
In the case of boarding for air packages, the PASSENGER is aware and agrees that they must arrive at the airport mentioned on their ticket 3 hours in advance for domestic trips and 4 hours in advance for international flights.

The CONTRACTING PARTY must present themselves for boarding carrying their personal documents original and with photo , and identify themselves to the VIVÊNCIAS OPERADORA DE TURISMO representative who will be present at the time. Pay attention to the expiration date of your documents, as the following will not be accepted expired documents. In the case of ID cards, for international trips and sea cruises (MERCOSUR), documents with an issue date older than 10 years will not be accepted.
For domestic trips using air and/or road transport, an original ID document in good condition must be presented (any of the following): Identity Card; National Passport; National Driver's License (model with photograph); Professional Cards issued by National Councils (models with photograph); Work Permit). If the passenger does not have the aforementioned documentation, or if it is illegible and/or has been erased, they will not be allowed to board.
For international trips, passengers must carry a passport with an expiration date of less than 6 months from the date of return.
The CONTRACTING PARTY must present the Operator with the visas required for each country, with an expiration date of less than 6 months from the return of the trip.
The Operator is not responsible for issuing visas, since the issuing of this document is at the discretion of the authority in each country.

Embarkation of Minors: In order to embark on national trips with minors under the age of 16 (Law No. 13.812/2019), they must be accompanied by a parent or grandparent, or guardian, or a sibling or uncle over the age of 18, always providing documentary proof of the degree of kinship (via the minor's Original Birth Certificate or Authenticated Copy). In the event that you are accompanied by an adult without the degree of kinship described above, you will need written authorization, notarized, from the father, mother or guardian. However, if you are unaccompanied, you will need judicial authorization from the Child and Youth Court, all in accordance with articles 83 to 85 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - Law No. 8,069/90. Passengers can obtain more information on the necessary documentation from the Federal Police (www.dpf.gov.br).

Accommodation for Minors: For accommodation for children (12 years old or younger) or adolescents (18 years old or younger), they must be accompanied by the person mentioned in the paragraph above, unless they have been expressly AUTHORIZED to stay by their parents or guardian, in writing and with a notarized signature, all in accordance with article 82 of the Child and Adolescent Statute - Law No. 8.069/90.
